I agree to secure my property when I leave and take all necessary precautions to prevent crime, fire, or other incidents from occurring. I also agree to hold the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, its employees, and its agents harmless for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may result from the actions or inaction of a representative of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. I understand that this service will be provided only as time allows, and no special duty is created for the county by my request.
